Can you remove black spot from Indian sandstone?
It can be faded considerably, not erased. Black spot is a lichen that bonds into the stone rather than sitting on top of it, so pressure will not touch it. Expect a real improvement rather than a brand new patio, and be wary of anyone promising otherwise.
Will pressure washing ruin my Indian stone?
It can, in the wrong hands. Indian sandstone is soft and porous, and too much pressure pits the surface so it holds dirt worse afterwards. It gets lower pressure and a slower pass, which takes longer but leaves the stone intact.
How often should a patio be cleaned?
